Currently we are looking for Junior HR & Payroll Specialist with German
Job location: Hybrid from Wroclaw
Responsibilities:
Processing and updating HR&PY records related to new hires terminations hours worked promotions etc.
Delivering HR transactional services in a specific area such as employment training compensation benefits or pensions
Preparing reports concerning the personnel administration process
Acting as a point of contact for customers employees HR departments and third parties for HR and Payroll related questions
Requirements:
Very good command of English (min. B2) and German (min. B2)
Analytical thinking
Focus on details
Willingness to learner
Ability to work under time pressure
