Currently we are looking for Junior HR & Payroll Specialist with German

Job location: Hybrid from Wroclaw

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and updating HR&PY records related to new hires terminations hours worked promotions etc.

  • Delivering HR transactional services in a specific area such as employment training compensation benefits or pensions

  • Preparing reports concerning the personnel administration process

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers employees HR departments and third parties for HR and Payroll related questions

Requirements:

  • Very good command of English (min. B2) and German (min. B2)

  • Analytical thinking

  • Focus on details

  • Willingness to learner

  • Ability to work under time pressure
