The Professional Lead - Green Channel will lead Payoneers strategic marketplace partner ecosystem focusing on seller acquisition onboarding optimization and partner-driven revenue expansion. As a senior leader in the Green Channel team you will play a pivotal role in designing scaling and managing high-impact programs that deepen marketplace relationships grow referred seller performance and expand Payoneers value-added services.

What youll do
- Lead Strategic Marketplace Relationships: Own and expand high-impact partnerships with global e-commerce marketplaces across US EU APAC and emerging markets. Drive partner satisfaction long-term alignment and joint growth targets.
- Scale Seller Acquisition & Referral Programs: Design and implement scalable seller referral frameworks from lead generation to onboarding and incubation. Drive adoption of GC membership and paid services.
- Co-Own Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing Sales and Customer Success teams to define seller personas go-to-market playbooks and region-specific expansion strategies.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights & Planning: Lead marketplace business reviews and forecasting. Use data to identify bottlenecks monitor partner ROI and propose solutions for performance improvement.
- Represent Green Channel at Executive Level: Serve as a thought partner to regional leadership and a key voice for marketplace strategy in internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Mentor and Collaborate: Guide cross-functional partners to build executional excellence foster a growth mindset and ensure consistent partner experience.
Who you are
- 10 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace-based businesses ideally in account management business development or strategy.
- Proven success in managing enterprise-level partnerships preferably with leading marketplaces.
- Strong track record of designing and executing scalable growth programs.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Deep understanding of cross-border commerce seller lifecycles and marketplace business models.
- Experience working with global teams in matrixed high-growth organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into business action.
- Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes negotiations cross-functional projects and go-to-market execution.
- Passion for enabling entrepreneurship and helping sellers succeed on the global stage.
