Safety OfficerJob Description Summary
The Safety Officer will ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies conducting regular inspections and submitting six-monthly reports to the relevant authorities. About the Role:
Conduct regular workplace inspections risk assessments and quarterly departmental safety evaluations to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Lead safety training sessions emergency drills and incident investigations providing recommendations for preventive actions.
Prepare and submit six-monthly safety reports to authorities and maintain accurate documentation of inspections incidents and training.
Coordinate internal and external audits including setting objectives executing audit plans and reporting results to regional and country leadership.
Support ESG and ISO-related initiatives by integrating policies into operations collaborating with stakeholders and reporting progress.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science or a related field
Certified and Registered Safety Officer.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory safety role with strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written) with the ability to train and engage employees at all levels.
Proactive detail-oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Familiar with safety reporting tools audit processes and ESG/ISO frameworks.
