Job Summary
Manage territory revenue growth and customer success by bringing to bear NI resources and partnerships. Also needed are skills to mentor and develop sales channels for increased effectiveness and efficiency as well as to build a strong partner network for long-term success.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Territory Channel Management: Develop and carry out a Territory Growth Plan along with distributor and partner as main and mentor distributor team in sales activities including forecasting opportunity pipeline management and review etc.
- Owning Partner/Channel Relationship: Be an Expert Connector Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business contributors of the territory inclusive of System Integrator Distributor Partners and internal teams.
- Optimizing channel coverage and channel conflict
- Demand Generation: Co-visit with partners understand and address customer needs and responsible for creating demand that can be driven by a Partner and deliver on job training to partners.
- Customer Success: Understand challenges from 1sthand engagement ensure customer success from initial engagement to lifecycle end. Be active in providing customer feedback toheadquarters and apply the customers feedback on driving account penetration with cross-functional teams.
- Collect market insights: Be responsible for articulating the territorys potential account insights and opportunities win/lost reasons with competition information.
Key Performance Objectives
- Consistently achieve sales goals and meet sales quota
- Ability to acquire new customer by selling software and other NI products
- Using sales tracking systems to provide accurate forecasts.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Minimum Degree or equivalent experience: B.S major in engineering.
- Highly effective and professionalJapanesewritten and verbalskill tocommunicate with internal and external customers
- Decision Making and Execution Skills adhering to local customs and customer centricity
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to workin teams or individually if required
- Have a creative and strategic approach to problem solving
- 3-5years of experience in engineering or technical sales
