Solutions Consultantの主な業務はNew Relicの営業Technial Account Manager Technical Support Engineerやマーケティングチームなどと共にクラス最高のNew Relicソリューションをお客様のビジネスに効果的に活用頂くためのご提案や素晴らしい機能をきちんと活用して頂くための技術的な支援することです
当社のSolutions Consultantとしてさまざまな業界やシステムに対する技術的なサポートをすることでお客様のビジネスニーズや市場動向を把握することができます当社の持つSaaSソリューションの販売に関する豊富な知見やセールスサイクルの全フェーズを理解するとともに現場のセールスをサポートするSolutions Consultantを求めています他のSolutions Consultantや製品チームと協力してお客様のITインフラストラクチャやソフトウェアアーキテクチャを理解すると共にお客様のビジネスニーズを解決するソリューションを作成しNew Relicのソリューションがリアルタイムでこうしたニーズにどのように対応しているかを確認していきます
What youll do
- お客様にNew Relicソリューションの価値が伝わるようNew Relicコンサルティングの知識を提供する
- New Relicのソリューションお客様の要件に関連した価値を明確に説明したカスタマープレゼンテーション作成や説得力のある顧客向け概念実証デモを構築し提示する
- New Relicソリューションを広めるためにイベント登壇や技術資料の作成トレーニングなどを提供する
- New RelicのSalesSolution ConsultantTechnical Account Managerと商談機会について協働する
- 責任感が強く大胆で本格的であり熱意があり首尾一貫しているなど企業としてのコアバリューの順守は不可欠です
This role requires
- プロジェクトまたは営業活動などで顧客との対応経験があり Pre-sales Engineer技術系Consultant/Architectシステム運用管理者Software Developerなどで3年以上の経験があること
- 最新技術に興味があり自ら手を動かしてキャッチアップしている
- 運用監視やシステム管理設計などのアプリケーション/インフラ運用に関わる知識や経験興味を持っている
- AWSAzureGoogle Cloudなどのクラウドプラットフォームの経験
- Slackやメールなどで海外メンバーと文章でやり取りできるレベルの英語の読み書き
