職務概要:
Red Hat Consulting チームは東京オフィスに勤務するシニアプロジェクトマネージャーを募集していますこの役職では担当地域の複雑なプロジェクトを立ち上げからデリバリークローズまで管理します部門横断的なチームの連携を図り主要なプロジェクト評価基準を測定するための適切なメトリクスを確立するとともにコスト運用予算人員配置要件リソースリスクなどプロジェクトの経済的側面をすべて定義管理レビューしますプロジェクトマネージャーとして組織のプロジェクト管理規律の確立にも貢献しRed Hat Services によるプロジェクト管理の基礎原則方法論の導入を推進する役割も担います
主な職務内容:
PMIに基づくプロジェクト管理手法Red Hat Servicesのプロジェクト管理手法システムおよびソフトウェア開発アジャイルやスクラムなど技術的なデリバリーメソッドを統合しプロジェクトマネジメントを行う
プロジェクトの計画スケジュール管理進捗管理顧客及び社内への報告を実施する
プリセールス活動にPMとして参画しプロジェクトデリバリーが成功するよう提案書見積もり契約書をレビューしPMとして適切なインプットを行う
顧客のニーズ目標を理解しチームに必要なスキルや経験レベルを考慮し適切なコンサルタントやアーキテクトをプロジェクトに配置する
プロジェクトの課題メンバーの課題を解決するべくチームレベルのコラボレーションを推進する
プロジェクト上の課題を管理し顧客マネジメントコンサルティングマネージャーなどステークホルダーと連携し解決に向けリードする
顧客マネジメントとのプロジェクトレビューを実施しRed Hat の価値を訴求しプロジェクト拡大継続に貢献する
顧客の満足を最大化するためプロジェクト期間中に生じる顧客との期待値ギャップを継続的に確認し解消をリードする
プロジェクトメンバーの稼働率管理プロジェクトのコス管理を行い収益目標を達成する
必須スキル:
IT ベースのプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理業務の経験 7 年以上
関連分野の学士号
IT 業界で使用されている特定のプロジェクト管理およびテクニカルデリバリー方法論に関する知識
優れた対人能力リーダーシップスキル分析力ビジネスインサイト
文章および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力
プロジェクト管理の認定資格 (あれば尚可)
個人だけでなくチームで働く能力プロジェクトチームと各貢献者を動機付ける能力と対立を調停する能力
ネイティブレベルの日本語会話力とビジネスレベルの英語力
