Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Wolverhampton
Job Length: Permanent Part Time - 23 Hours a week

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together the one common goal remains and that is ensuring our people succeed.
If you are interested in joining our journey we are now recruiting for aCustomer Service Advisor.Reporting to theCustomer Service Team Leaderthis role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer support service to Carlsberg Britvic always maintaining a friendly manner
- Communicate with customers through inbound/outbound calls chats and emails
- Follow company procedure on customer responses
- Promote on-line digital applications to customers
- Managing multiple customer situations effectively ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information through online service portals
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Recent call centre experience or customer facing environment would be desirable but not essential
- Someone who is a self-starter and can really hit the ground running
- Working well within a team but can also manage their own time and workload
- Able to quickly identify problems think flexibly and resolve issues
- Strong communication skills a sympathetic telephone manner
- Passionate about providing high quality customer focused services
- Excellent administration IT and organisational skills with good experience of using MS office software
