About the Role
Were looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Technical Customer Support team. You will be the first point of contact for users ensuring exceptional service while also helping customers discover the full value of our products and solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone in line with company standards
- Provide clear and timely follow-up to customer requests and cases
- Educate customers about relevant products and services identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriate
- Accurately log and update all interactions and activities in the companys database
- Use specialized tools and software to resolve queries and support internal systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills with a positive customer-first attitude
- Genuine motivation and enthusiasm for helping others
- Patience empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
- Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across different systems
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Team spirit combined with self-discipline confidentiality and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or communication roles is an advantage
