HR Advisor HR & Payroll System Implementation
Location: UK-based Remote working available
Contract: 4-month Fixed Term
Contract Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days)
Salary: 35000 FTE (21000.00 actual salary)
Juniper Education is on an exciting journey to implement a new HRIS and Payroll system that will transform the way we support our colleagues across the business. To help us deliver this project we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with specialist knowledge of HR and payroll systems implementation.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our new systems are rolled out and embedded. Working closely with our HR and Payroll team you will provide expertise and hands-on support to ensure a smooth transition and successful launch.
You will also contribute to a range of HR projects aligned to this implementation ensuring our processes are efficient user-friendly and aligned with best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of a new HRIS and Payroll system across the organisation.
Act as a point of contact for system-related queries testing and troubleshooting.
Work with HR and Payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
Assist in developing and delivering training and communications to managers and employees.
Contribute to wider HR project work to ensure successful adoption and integration of the new systems.
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
Experienced in HR and Payroll system implementation (essential).
Comfortable working with data processes and systems.
An excellent communicator able to explain technical processes in a clear way.
A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
