Participant Success Advisor
Full-time Fixed Term (September 2025- end of April possibility to extend)
Possible Locations: LATAM ideally Colombia Chile or Argentina (remote)
*Also open to candidates in Bangkok Hong Kong or Tokyo.
The impact you will make:
As a Participant Success Advisor youll play a key role in delivering a high-touch personalized experience to our participants. Youll build meaningful relationships guide them through onboarding and ensure theyre set up for success in our global internship programsboth virtual and in-person.
This role is dynamic and people-focused. Youll engage across platforms manage processes with precision and approach every interaction with empathy and cultural awareness. Your support will shape each participants experience helping them feel empowered confident and ready to embark on a life-changing journey.
Youre excited about working here because youll:
- Achieve monthly KPIs and OKRs established
- Help participants navigate onboarding ensuring all documentation and key information is submitted on time
- Develop strategic onboarding communications that guide new participants seamlessly through their journey ensuring clarity engagement and excitement from enrollment to program completion
- Facilitate engaging information sessions and webinars to build excitement and confidence in our programs
- Offer tailored resume feedback using our CV templates supporting participants professional development
- Manage communications in our CRM system keeping participant records accurate and up to date
Respond to participant inquiries within 24 hours providing clear professional and empathetic support - Collaborate with teammates and support cross-functional tasks as needed to deliver an exceptional participant journey
- Resolve participant concerns with empathy and professionalism transforming challenges into positive outcomes through personalized support and solution-focused communication
Were excited about you working here because you have:
- 1 years of experience in customer service preferably in a remote-first or global environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English other languages are a plus!
- High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for helping others
- A process-driven mindset and comfort with technology and tools (CRM experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Confidence to have difficult conversations in a constructive solution-focused manner
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others and learn from feedback
Logistical Requirements:
- Home office space as we are a remote-first company
- A personal computer to work from
