Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and retention for our IT products. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our clients ensuring they derive maximum value from our technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Onboard new clients and provide training on IT products to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to reduce churn.
- Collaborate with sales product and support teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics and progress.
- Manage customer escalations and work towards timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in customer success account management or related roles within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products software solutions and technology trends.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
