Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and retention for our IT products. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our clients ensuring they derive maximum value from our technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Onboard new clients and provide training on IT products to ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with sales product and support teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics and progress.
  • Manage customer escalations and work towards timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in customer success account management or related roles within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products software solutions and technology trends.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Skills

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Technical knowledge of IT products and software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
