PRTR IT Recruitment is looking for an IT ERP Specialist to join a company that leads the world in the design and production of high-performance braking systems and components for top manufacturers of cars motorbikes and commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with global teams to understand business needs and align IT solutions with best practices.
- Defining analyzing and documenting business processes and overseeing implementation projects.
- Supporting ERP HCM CRM and other business systems ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Leading system design testing deployment and change management processes.
- Managing and delivering IT application projects ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Providing EDI expertise and overseeing data mapping integration and B2B communication setup.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related fields.
- 38 years of experience in ERP/SAP and digitalization projects (SAP experience required).
- Expertise in business processes (FIN MFG SCM CRM) and mainstream IT applications.
- Strong analytical project management and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and familiarity with database tools (Oracle SQL).
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of EDI standards (X12 VDA EDIFACT) and SAP EDI/iDOC integration.
- Programming skills in XML or Java are preferred.
