Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily maintenance of key new media platforms including content planning writing and publishing to ensure the high quality and timeliness of the content.
2. Formulate and implement key new media marketing activity plans such as online interactive activities topic promotion etc. to effectively enhance brand awareness and user engagement and attract potential clients.
3. Monitor data indicators of key new media platforms such as the number of fans growing reading volume number of likes number of comments number of reposts etc. conduct data analysis and summary regularly optimize operational strategies based on data feedback and improve operational results.
4. Maintain good interaction with traditional media/new media writers/key new media users handle feedback and complaints and maintain the companys good brand image and client relationships.
5. Pay attention to the trends and hot topics in the financial industry plan attractive content topics based on the companys business and brand positioning and enhance the dissemination and influence of the content.
6. Assist the public media team to complete other media-related tasks such as conducting online publicity and promotion in conjunction with offline activities.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above major in journalism marketing finance etc. is preferred.
2. Applicants with relevant media and new media operation experience and those with new media operation experience in the financial industry will be given priority.
3. Familiar with the operating rules and methods of mainstream new media platforms such as WeChat official accounts Weibo and Tik Tok and able to skillfully use new media tools for content creation and promotion.
4. Possess excellent writing skills to adapt to the communication needs of different platforms.
5. Have strong data analysis capabilities be able to identify problems summarize experience and put forward effective optimization suggestions through data analysis.
6. Be proactive have a strong sense of responsibility have good teamwork spirit and communication skills and be able to withstand certain work pressure.
7. Have a strong interest in the financial industry have a certain amount of financial knowledge and understand financial market dynamics and industry trends.
