Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Associate with a proven track record in B2B sales and a strong network within the business ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in client-facing environments and is adept at cultivating relationships through in-person interactions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify approach and close new B2B opportunities across mid-sized and enterprise-level companies in target industries.
    • Leverage your network and industry knowledge to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
      • Conduct in-person meetings attend industry events and represent the company at relevant forums to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
        • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale satisfaction.
          • Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining high professional standards.
            • Track industry trends emerging opportunities and competitor activity to adapt your sales strategy effectively.

               


                Qualifications :

                Key Requirements:

                • B2B sales experience with a proven track record in direct client acquisition deal closure and retention.
                  • Strong professional network within relevant industries (e.g. IT hardware networking) or with partner companies.
                    • Solid understanding of the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing and follow-ups.
                      • Prior experience in contract-based or performance-driven roles is strongly preferred.
                        • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
                          • Self-starter with a hunter mindset and the discipline to work independently while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
                            • Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed and remote team.
                              • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business productivity tools.


                              Additional Information :

                              • This is a purely performance-based role with no fixed salary or adherence to traditional employee policies. Compensation will be based on achieved revenue goals.
                                • Do not apply if you are a fresher have only internship experience or come from a purely technical background.
