- Graduation from an accreditedNYScollege with an Associates or Bachelors Degree with a major in perfusiontechnologyorgraduationfromaNYSaccredited certificate programinperfusion technology.
- CertificationbytheAmerican Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion is required once eligible.
- BLS is required.
