You will lead Dysons Enterprise Architecture (EA) function to deliver robust scalable architecture and data solutions aligned with business strategy. Ensure technology investments drive business value innovation and quality while strengthening architecture governance and capability across all domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve Dysons EA strategy in partnership with business and IT leaders.
- Design and maintain the enterprise technology landscape and ensure future-proof secure and scalable architectures.
- Oversee development and execution of EA roadmaps principles standards and guidelines. Provide architectural guidance on major projects and solutions supporting alignment across portfolios and domains.
- Drive technology innovation and evaluate emerging trends to identify business opportunities.
- Lead architecture governance risk management and ensure compliance with standards.
- Champion EA awareness collaboration and best practices throughout the organization.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing architecture team fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within complex fast-moving organizations.
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning governance and innovation at enterprise scale.
- Deep technical knowledge across architecture domains (applications data cloud integration security).
- Experience in designing maintaining architecting or integrating core business systems including ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) PLM and CRM.
- Experience with architecture modelling frameworks and modern technology stacks (e.g. cloud microservices APIs).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Strong collaboration communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science engineering or relevant field.
