Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior leader in procurement sales or commercial positions within Plastic Packaging Paper or Manufacturing related sectors.
- Experience with influencing a Senior Leadership team.
- Experience driving sales growth margin improvement and budgetary control.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of the plastic Packaging Paper or Manufacturing industry
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in working closely with suppliers.
- P&L ownership
- Growth mindset with a passion for solutions and customer led strategies.
- Collaborative individual with previous experience in building cross-functional relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Highly engaging with a passion for negotiating.
