Job Summary
We are looking for a Head of Retail to oversee the companys retail operations ensuring optimal customer experience profitability and operational efficiency across all outlets. The role requires strong leadership and strategic oversight to drive retail excellence and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement retail strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and operational procedures.
- Lead and coach retail managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor inventory pricing and stock levels to minimize losses and optimize sales.
- Analyze retail performance reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in retail management or similar role.
- Strong leadership communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
- Willingness to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
