Rated Outstanding by Ofsted our team has been transforming out-of-hours support for children and young people since its launch in January 2020.

As the Assistant Team Manager you will be the cornerstone for seamless service access expertly guiding referrals to partner agencies and providing immediate emergency responses during critical out-of-hours periods.

The Integrated Front Door teams responsibilities are to assess the needs and risk in relation to referrals into Families and Childrens social care ensuring that children and families receive the appropriate service.

Flexibility is key with a dynamic rolling shift pattern covering operational hours from 8 am to midnight including weekends and holidays. And of course your dedication is recognised with unsocial hours payments in line with Council policies.

Ready to make a real difference Bring your Social Work England registration a recognised social worker qualification and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation. Management/supervision qualifications (level 4) and a minimum of two years relevant experience or training are essential.
