Vacancy Profile: Partner Corporate Finance M&A (Dutch Mandatory)*

Our client is a large well known consultancy firms now seeking to hire a highly skilled Partner to join its Corporate Finance department a Dealmaker focusing on Deals Advisory and M&A. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that drives significant value for clients through a comprehensive range of M&A activities. About the role

• Originate lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions across the end-to-end M&A value chain including origination deal structuring negotiation and closure;
• Maintain and expand client relationships demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and strategic priorities;
• Develop and implement M&A strategies for clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives and market opportunities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive advisory services to clients including due diligence financial modeling HR and post-merger integration;
• Oversee a team of highly skilled professionals fostering a culture of learning and development and ensuring high performance and engagement;
• Contribute to and lead the departments growth by participating in business development activities and thought leadership.

About you

• Masters degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field;
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in M&A and M&A strategy with a proven track record of successful deal execution and closing;
• Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end M&A value chain including understanding of due diligence and experience in financial analysis deal structuring and negotiations;
• Great relationship builder with outstanding influencing and partnering skills. Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams within an M&A context;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and English (written and spoken);
