The Electronics Packaging and Components (EPC) Group brings together the ICOS Orbotech and SPTS businesses to target growth opportunities in new and expanding end markets and extends KLAs leadership in systems and services across the semiconductor and microelectronics value chain. The EPC Group brings complementary technologies products and services into one organization to drive innovation and results in fast-growing markets such as 5G artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) and across key industries like mobile data center automotive and virtual connectivity. The EPC Group is looking for the best and the brightest in engineering sales marketing and service to lead innovation across specialty semiconductor process advanced packaging and printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing to enable new capabilities in the key industries while supporting increasing quality requirements in manufacturing.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the regional revenue and share for KLA products in the packaging market in China. This person will collaborate with colleagues in the SPTS ICOS Semi PC divisions and local GCO sales teams to define the strategy and execution for driving the sale of KLA products into wafer level packaging and assembly and test customers in China.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Level Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience OR
- Masters Level Degree with a minimum of 5years of experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
