Job Description
Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Test Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team in one of the various laboratories across Element the Associate Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.
This role is based in Sungei Kadut Loop Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Perform varies of construction testing onsite such as concrete soil structural fixings and etc.
- Perform test as directed by customer specification / Engineers instruction
- Operate testing independently and /or under supervision of senior test technician
- Gather and record test data and check with customer specifications.
- Prepare and compile reports/worksheets as per supervisors instruction
Skills / Qualifications
- Working knowledge of laboratory safety
- Minimum Secondary School education with at least 2 years experience in a testing related field
- Basic understanding of testing concepts
- Possess computer skills.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry a plus
