We re hiring Commercial HVAC Technicians with 2 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician looking for stable full-time work with the chance to build skills on advanced commercial HVAC systems. You ll gain exposure to a wide variety of equipment and environments from schools and retail facilities to industrial and commercial buildings.
You ll work alongside experienced technicians and leaders with opportunities to learn advanced systems such as VRF VAV central AC RTUs chillers and BAS controls. Whether you re early in your career or have several years of experience this role provides a clear path for professional growth.
Perform troubleshooting diagnostics and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance including inspections filter changes and system performance checks.
Support with system installations and retrofits under the guidance of senior technicians.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members on service needs and recommendations.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
2 years of experience in commercial HVAC service maintenance or installation.
Universal EPA Certification
OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred not required).
Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and technical diagrams.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
