Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and manage a team of attorneys legal staff and support personnel handling collection and subrogation cases across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee litigation strategy court appearances and settlement negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA FCRA TCPA and all relevant state/federal regulations.
  • Develop firm-wide policies training programs and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize case resolution and recovery rates.
  • Provide high-level legal counsel on escalated matters and complex litigation.

Experience you will need:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in debt collection and subrogation.
  • Valid Florida Drivers License.
  • Strong knowledge of debtor and creditor rights as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience handling debt collection and subrogation litigation from start to finish.
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical skills.
