Job Description
We re seeking a skilled Behavior Technician with prior ABA special education or pediatric therapy experience to join our dedicated Durham this role you ll work directly with children diagnosed with autism implementing individualized treatment plans that foster measurable growth in communication social skills and daily living abilities.
What You ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a clinic-based setting
- Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA with accuracy and consistency
- Record and report detailed session data to measure progress and support clinical decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team contributing professional feedback and insights
- Foster an engaging supportive learning environment tailored to each child s needs

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Behavior Technician ABA Therapist RBT or in a similar role supporting children with autism or developmental differences
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred; must be willing to maintain certification if hired without one
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Commitment to delivering high-quality evidence-based care
