Position: Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (Latam)
Reports To: Sales Manager
Salary: $1250-$1500/month (plus performance-based incentives)
Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying engaging and qualifying new leads within the global heavy industry sector. This role is crucial to our expansion strategy as we continue to grow our client base. You will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients helping to bring in new business opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the heavy industry sector who would benefit from our software solutions.
- Outbound Sales: Use a combination of cold calling emailing and social media outreach to engage potential clients and drive interest in our product.
- Qualifying Leads: Qualify prospects by understanding their needs pain points and goals and determine if they are a good fit for ClimEase.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff to sales executives.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for outreach.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers.
- Proven experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track outreach efforts.
- A proactive goal-oriented approach to sales and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
