Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives driving pipeline generation and managing opportunities from prospecting through to closure. This role is focused on small-to-medium law firms and corporate organisations.
The successful candidate will be an experienced sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments capable of motivating and developing high-performing teams while delivering consistently on revenue and growth targets.
What Youll Do
Lead and manage a team of Small-Market Account Executives and BDRs including recruitment onboarding training and performance management.
Set and monitor monthly quarterly and annual team and individual sales targets.
Review and coach team activities including call audits to continually improve sales skills.
Drive forecasting and pipeline management to meet revenue objectives.
Maintain high levels of motivation and engagement to minimise attrition.
Implement processes to ensure transparency and visibility of team activity progress and results for senior leadership.
Support and guide the team through the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
What Youll Need to Succeed
23 years of formal sales leadership experience.
Strong background in software sales.
Experience with sales tools such as Salesloft Salesforce ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism.
Strong understanding of the legal market and/or managing large geographic sales territories.
Exceptional leadership communication and organisational skills.
Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Must be based within 50km of Sydney NSW.
