About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives driving pipeline generation and managing opportunities from prospecting through to closure. This role is focused on small-to-medium law firms and corporate organisations.

The successful candidate will be an experienced sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments capable of motivating and developing high-performing teams while delivering consistently on revenue and growth targets.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of Small-Market Account Executives and BDRs including recruitment onboarding training and performance management.

  • Set and monitor monthly quarterly and annual team and individual sales targets.

  • Review and coach team activities including call audits to continually improve sales skills.

  • Drive forecasting and pipeline management to meet revenue objectives.

  • Maintain high levels of motivation and engagement to minimise attrition.

  • Implement processes to ensure transparency and visibility of team activity progress and results for senior leadership.

  • Support and guide the team through the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • 23 years of formal sales leadership experience.

  • Strong background in software sales.

  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesloft Salesforce ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism.

  • Strong understanding of the legal market and/or managing large geographic sales territories.

  • Exceptional leadership communication and organisational skills.

  • Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

  • Must be based within 50km of Sydney NSW.
