The TFS Banking and Commercial Lending team is seeking highly motivated Software Engineers to join to support Internal Applications.

What youll be doing

As a Software Engineer supporting internal platforms you will:

• Design and develop scalable backend servicesusing Java Spring Boot and Python to support internal engineering workflows.

• Build intuitive responsive front-end interfacesusing modern UI/UX frameworks (e.g. React Angular) tailored for Engineering Quality and Product teams.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholdersto understand user needs and translate them into efficient user-friendly applications.

• Implement robust APIs and microservicesfor seamless integration across internal tools and systems.

• Leverage cloud-native technologies(e.g. AWS Azure) to deploy monitor and maintain applications with high availability and performance.

• Apply modern software engineering practices including CI/CD automated testing and agile methodologies.

• Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies including LLMs and AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

What you bring

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming experience inJava (Spring Boot)and/orPython.

• Proficiency infront-end developmentusing frameworks likeReact Angular or .

• Experience designing and buildingRESTful APIsandmicroservices architectures.

• Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).

• Solid understanding ofsoftware design principlesagile development andDevOps practices.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

• Passion for and ability to build tools that improve developer productivity and internal user experience.
