You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJoin AJW as a Supplier Operations Executive and play a key part in managing aircraft component this role youll collaborate with suppliers and customers to monitor orders resolve challenges and ensure on-time deliveriesstrengthening our partnerships and supporting exceptional service across the aviation industry.
As part of our recruitment process well be hosting an Assessment Centre at our Slinfold HQ on Friday 29th August from 10:00 to 12:00. This event will give candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their skills gain insight into the role and meet the AJW team.
Responsibilities include:
Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Manage and track repair orders providing regular updates.
Negotiate repair costs when needed.
Meet performance targets and contract requirements.
Expedite urgent parts to keep operations running.
Monitor supplier performance using internal systems.
Support improvement plans and solve root issues.
Flag and fix problems that impact operations.
Assist with other tasks as required by the team
Essential:
Experience in aviation or with aircraft components.
Strong admin skills in a busy office.
Confident using Outlook and Excel.
Great customer service and relationship skills.
Proactive organised and detail-focused.
Clear communicator with strong time management.
Able to prioritise tasks and meet KPIs.
Desirable:
Background in MRO repairs or trading.
Keen to develop in repair cycle management.
Analytical with reporting experience.
Familiar with systems like ILS Airbus World Quantum or AMOS.
