Whether youre a student mini jobber or looking for a part-time role this position is perfect if you enjoy a mix of physical and admin tasks and want to play a key role in getting high-quality health products into peoples hands.

About embelly
We are a Berlin-based health startup focusing on gut health. We offer holistic and scientifically based help and support consisting of at-home health tests herbal supplements alternative therapy approaches and health counseling.
Tasks
- Assist with inbound and outbound shipments
- Pick pack and prepare products for delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support the team with light administrative tasks
- Help coordinate office supplies and product inventory
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with both physical tasks and office work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Basic computer skills for simple admin tasks (windows system prefered)
- English communication skills required; German A2
Further Requirements
- Current student enrollment (for student worker roles) or eligibility for Mini Job/Part-Time employment under German regulations
- Availability for at least one year
- Legal work authorization in Germany
Working Hours
- Mini Job: 2 shifts/week 5 hours per shift
- Choice of:
Morning: 08:30 13:30
Afternoon: 13:30 18:30
