Job Description

Junior Sales Operations Specialist

This is a remote role based in Shenzhen China

Tasks

  • Handle daily Sales Operations and Administrative Operations tasks to support the team
  • Support marketing activities in China including events and campaigns
  • Assist with Bragis cross-continent internal communications ensuring smooth collaboration across regions
  • Lead local knowledge management efforts for the Bragis China team
  • Coordinate operations communications team building and events
  • Stay curious continuously learn and explore new ways to improve processes

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker with very strong English communication skills (e.g. English major CET-8 or previous study/work experience in an English-speaking environment)
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Basic photo editing skills; graphic design background is a plus
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
  • Open to continuous learning and professional growth
