Job Description
We are expanding our freelance talent pool and are looking for experienced experts to join us as Research & Development Quality & Operations Consultant. The role requires proven experience in IT service or application management within manufacturing environments combined with expertise in PLM/PDM systems R&D IT Quality systems or Smart Factory IT operations.

Requirements
IT Service / Application Management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT service or application management
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments
Domain Expertise (at least one of the following):
- R&D (CAD/CAE) IT systems
- PDM/PLM solutions (e.g. Windchill Teamcenter SAP PLM)
- Quality management systems / Quality IT operations
- Smart Factory IT operations
Service Management & Governance
- Proven track record in vendor management
- Ability to establish and oversee service governance processes
- Knowledge of ITIL / Service Delivery / Service Operations
Technology & Tools
- Experience with PLM/PDM platforms (e.g. Windchill Teamcenter SAP PLM)
- Understanding of CAD integration or related R&D IT tools is a plus
- Familiarity with low-code platforms (Mendix preferred)
- General knowledge of IT project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence MS Project SharePoint)
