Job Description
Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Non-Invasive Cardiology
Join a dynamic healthcare team at a leading hospital in Boardman Ohio that is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. This locum physician position specializes in Non-Invasive Cardiology offering a rich and fulfilling practice environment. The facility is equipped with modern technology and a collaborative team of seven cardiologists and operates at a Level 1 trauma center ensuring comprehensive care for a diverse patient demographic aged 18 and up.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient care and cardiology consultations.
- Conduct Treadmill Stress Tests Transesophageal Echocardiography Echocardiography and Electrocardiograms (EKGs).
- Manage weekend call duties with an average of 1-2 weekends per month.
- Collaborate with a team of cardiologists during coverage.
- Utilize EMR system (EPIC) for documentation.
- Participate in additional procedures such as MRI/CT reads if possible.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Cardiology (Required).
- Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain (Required).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (Required).
- Availability for the specified schedule including weekdays and weekends.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board certification in Cardiology.
- State of Ohio medical license.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
