Job Description

  • Business and Delivery Coordinator
  • Ongoing Clerk Grade 7/8
  • Package up to $142492.99 pa. Package includes salary range ($113574 pa to $125720 pa) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Greenacre - 3 days per week in office

About the role:

This role is essential to the Business Coordination Compliance and Reporting (BCCR) Directorate focusing on the organisation and coordination of key HR and financial activities projects and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations. As part of the executive support team and reporting to the Business Manager this position prepares accurate timely responses to corporate requests and supports ongoing business processes while contributing to continuous improvement. Effective collaboration with other teams is crucial as is providing guidance on business operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and BCCR objectives.

About you:

Key knowledge and experience
1.Demonstrated administrative experience in the provision of financial human resources advice and support including a working knowledge of and ability to interpret relevant legislation regulations policies and procedures.
2.Demonstrated ability to analyse data from a range of systems and sources and to provide recommendations and high-level reports across multiple data systems.
