Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing and Operations Manager to join our clients team.
Salary and Benefits:
- Negotiable
Responsibilites:
- The position exist to enhance the marketing and sale of seed products in the most proficient manner that provides value to the shareholder and develop the companys sales and marketing policies and strategies
- Conduct research and development in a way that that will increase revenue through the development and maintaining of business on behalf of the organisation
- Develop a strategic marketing perspective which is based on the market expectations in order to meet company objectives
- Prepare divisional budget in liaison with the finance department for adequate planning and ensure approval by CEO
- Understand the strategic direction of the business and develop operations and marketing strategies in support of the business mandate and implement accordingly.
- Organise promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Developing strategic initiatives on managing the media in a proactive manner so that the Companys position is correctly reported on at all times.
- Evaluates products and placements in the market to ensure the right products are provided at the right time
Key Skills:
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- 3 years in senior role
- Financial & business skills
- Planning and organizing
- Project & management skills
- Resource management
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Corporate Membership to a relevant Professional Body is an added advantage
