Job Description
Our Client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Head to lead and manage sales and operations for a multi-cuisine restaurant chain with branches across Noida and Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth ensuring operational excellence and enhancing customer experience across all outlets.
Location:
Noida & Delhi (multiple branches)
Working Days:
6 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches in Noida and Delhi.
- Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain high standards of food quality service and hygiene.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase overall revenue.
- Monitor branch performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Train motivate and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales expenses and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience managing operations and sales in a multi-outlet restaurant or retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
- Ability to manage teams across multiple locations effectively.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Salary
8 lacs to 12 lacs per annum based on experience.
