Job Description
Position: Marketing & Sales Manager
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Industry: Security Solutions
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: USD 1500-2000/month
Purpose Statement
Our client is looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to drive growth across their security services ELV and IT solutions portfolio. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility generating qualified leads and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Work with the Business Development Director to set campaign goals budgets and timelines.

Lead the marketing team in executing digital and offline campaigns to increase awareness and sales.

Track and analyse performance metrics (reach engagement conversions) and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.

Plan and manage promotional activities such as trade shows webinars and conferences.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Research industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform strategy.

Provide data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing approaches.

Represent the company at industry and networking events strengthening client and partner relationships.

Maintain partnerships with suppliers media and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales Business or related field.

5-7 years combined marketing and sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven ability to quote contract and deliver security ELV and IT solutions.

Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Strong expertise in digital marketing content creation social media and event management.
-
Fluency in English is required.
