Job Description

Your Mission

As our Business Development Manager Biometrics youll be the strategic force behind expanding our biometrics services (including data management and biostatistics) in the clinical research sector.

You will:

  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Be a connector by actively networking in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and building key partnerships.
  • Close deals by negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate internally to align client needs with our service offerings and support cross-functional opportunities.
  • Champion our CRM by maintaining and developing our customer database to fuel future growth.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

  • A bachelors or masters degree in Life Sciences Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in sales or business development within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Solid understanding of clinical research CRO operations and biometrics (data management and/or biostatistics).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit a friendly attitude and a commitment to making a positive impact.
