We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Retention Manager / Relationship Manager to join the team in Cyprus. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with existing clients ensuring exceptional service and implementing strategies that drive high retention loyalty and long-term engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in relationship management account management or client services within fintech SaaS or financial services. Fluency in French and English is essential along with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
What will you do:
Retention & Relationship Management
- Maintain and nurture strong long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact delivering prompt professional and personalized responses to client inquiries.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn and strengthen client loyalty.
- Identify at-risk clients early and implement tailored action plans to re-engage them.
Client Engagement & Support
- Understand each clients needs goals and challenges to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Proactively introduce clients to new features services and benefits that enhance their experience.
- Monitor client activity to ensure they remain active and satisfied with their services.
- Conduct periodic check-ins to maintain consistent and meaningful interactions.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with sales marketing and customer support teams to deliver a seamless client journey.
- Maintain accurate detailed client records in the CRM and track retention metrics.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to drive service and product improvements.
- Prepare regular retention reports and highlight opportunities for growth.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in relationship management client services or account management in fintech SaaS or financial services.
- Native or fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Exceptional interpersonal negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and sustain long-term professional relationships.
- Target-driven proactive and committed to a client-first approach.
- Experience with CRM systems and client engagement tools.
- Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate.
