The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily office operations managing administrative staff and ensuring an efficient and productive work environment. This role ensures that office procedures policies and standards are followed while providing support and guidance to the team. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of office staff to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and monitor office policies procedures and standard operating guidelines.
Assign tasks monitor performance and provide guidance and support to administrative personnel.
Oversee office supplies equipment and facilities management ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
Handle correspondence calls emails and other communications professionally and efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports presentations and documentation for management.
Facilitate effective communication across departments and teams.
Support HR functions such as onboarding attendance monitoring and employee records management.
Identify operational issues and propose solutions to improve office efficiency.
Maintain a professional and organized office environment promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in office administration or supervision.
Strong organizational leadership and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
