Job Description
Role 3: Product Operations Manager
Location : San Ramon CA (Day 1 Onsite)
This role ensures operational excellence across production support governance and go-to-market execution while also managing budgets and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus Areas (80%)
Production Support:
- Address production issues and coordinate resolution.
- Monitor performance and SLAs.
DAART (Digital Products Board) Approvals & Governance:
- Manage DAART workflows and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with legal security and data teams.
Go-to-Market (G2M) Execution:
- Support launch readiness and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain G2M plans and timelines.
Secondary Focus Areas (15%)
Budget Management:
- Track budgets and assist in planning.
Vendor Management:
- Oversee vendor contracts.
Qualifications:
- 3 5 years in product operations or program management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira Confluence Tableau.
