We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our team in this role you will act as the key HR contact for the local management team supporting both strategic and operational HR initiatives to drive the sites continued development. Act as a trusted advisor to local management on all HR-related matters
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Support and consultation in the implementation of strategic initiatives related to the site
- Manage the full employee life cycle from recruiting onboarding and talent development to offboarding
- Involvement in organizational development and change management processes
- Manage social dialogue on-site with local employees representatives ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Close cooperation with central HR functions and contribution to company-wide HR processes and projects
- Participation in audits connected to the HR disciplines as well as the follow-up and implementation of post-audit activities.
- Building together with the site management the local employer brand
Your Profile / Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar HR role ideally in an industrial or production-related environment
- Strong knowledge of labor law and experience managing the full employee life cycle
- Proactive mindset with a structured and independent working style
- Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels (internal & external)
- Passion for working in a dynamic environment and shaping processes proactively
- Readiness to relocate to Koszalin
- Fluent Polish & English
