We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Partner to join an organization based in Sacramento. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across all units and departments ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and values. The Senior HR Partner will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities including day-to-day HR operations and complex initiatives in areas such as benefits administration compliance employee relations and engagement. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while driving HR practices that support organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. Salary: $85K to $100K (DOE)


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers conducting interviews and ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Lead onboarding and orientation programs analyze new hire survey data and recommend improvements to enhance employee integration and engagement.
  • Administer and monitor core HR functions including compensation benefits leaves accommodations investigations performance development and offboarding.
  • Manage HRIS data integrity validate employee changes generate reports and maintain monthly HR metrics dashboards to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance through audits documentation management and regular review of employment laws and internal practices.
  • Champion DEIA and HR innovation lead projects and recommend process improvements to elevate departmental efficiency and employee experience.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing sensitive and confidential HR matters with integrity including proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills with the ability to navigate complex or high-stress interactions diplomatically and professionally.
  • Adept at balancing competing priorities in fast-paced environments consistently meeting deadlines while executing tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Proven ability to foster collaborative partnerships across all organizational levels enhancing cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly detail-oriented and reliable with a strong commitment to accuracy and inclusivitybringing thoughtful awareness to the needs of individuals with disabilities and multicultural communities.
