We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Partner to join an organization based in Sacramento. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across all units and departments ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and values. The Senior HR Partner will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities including day-to-day HR operations and complex initiatives in areas such as benefits administration compliance employee relations and engagement. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while driving HR practices that support organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.
