Inlex
Inlex is focused on the safety and compliance of electrical equipment in hazardous areas (EEHA). We provide QA/QC & inspection installation & maintenance engineering and custom explosive atmosphere electrical solutions. Operating Australias first IECEx Certified Service Facility for the inspection and maintenance of Ex electrical equipment we provide our customers independently accredited service and the highest levels of safety compliance and peace of mind.
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Officer to join our team at Elemera Australia in Perth Western Australia. As an HR Officer you will play a key role in supporting our people and culture initiatives ensuring our employees have the best possible experience throughout their journey with our company.
What youll be doing
Providing end-to-end HR support including onboarding employee relations performance management and offboarding
Assisting with the implementation and coordination of HR policies procedures and best practices
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation
Assisting with fortnightly payroll and payroll related queries
Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related issues or concerns
Coordinating and contributing to HR-related projects such as training and development initiatives
What were looking for
At least 2-3 years of experience in a HR role preferably within a fast-paced dynamic environment
1-2 years of experience in Payroll.
Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and employment legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable
