Role: Sales Manager Hotel Du Vin Henley-on-Thames

A former Brewery this elegant Georgian hotel features 43 classically styled bedrooms of Georgian elegance and Bistro du Vin serving classical French dishes with a modern twist alongside a premium selection of wines spirits and cocktails within a cosy inviting ambience.
The hotel is currently undergoing a 4m full refurbishment due to re-launch in style in early 2026! This is averyexciting time to be joining our team!
Were looking to recruit a sales superstar to support the hotel sales strategy in thedesign delivery andmonitoringof all aspects of day-to-day sales activities with the initial brief to drive our Christmas bookings and work with the GM and the events team to prepare for the re-launch through local outreach; getting people talking and the excitement building for Hotel Du Vin Henleys beautiful new glow-up!
The role will be a proactive one working closely with the M&E teams driving Food & Beverage sales increasing Wedding revenue and supporting National Accounts to win 24hr business and promote our new Corporate Retreat packages. Youll also be the champion for Social Media looking at ways to interact with the local community and further afield to raise awareness and increase engagement. Supported by the central marketing team you will work together to come up with new ideas and help drive business into all areas of the hotel aligned with local event calendars and collaborations.
Youll be generating enquiries and helping to maximise conversion whilst showcasing our fabulous hotel and services at every opportunity. Making great experiences happen for our guests will be your top priority doing whatever you can to ensure they get the top-notch service they deserve every time.
This is advertised as a full time role and predominantly Monday to Friday with weekends and evenings as required for special events. However we are happy to consider part-time hours (min 30 hours preferred) for candidates we feel would be a great fit for our unique business here in Henley.
We are always keen to develop our talented team and there may also be opportunities in the future to support other hotels in the region to deliver their sales strategy.
