Job Title: Telecaller
Location: kharadi pune
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher / 1 years preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss our products/services generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries.

Explain products/services to clients and influence them to purchase or book appointments.

Maintain and update the database with accurate information.

Follow up with potential leads and maintain regular contact.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve services/products.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Insert required languages: e.g. English Hindi Marathi.

Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM tools etc.).
