Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Onsite Owings Mills MD

Employment Type: 3 6 Months Contract


Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads building strong client relationships and driving business growth within the staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential business opportunities generate leads and make 70 80 connected calls daily to engage prospects.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop new business by engaging with clients over the phone email and in-person meetings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth.
  • TAT Compliance: Ensure all client deliverables and business opportunities are addressed within agreed turnaround times.
  • Market Research: Identify market trends competitor activities and new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Follow-Ups & Outreach: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects through calls emails and scheduled meetings.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 5 years of proven success in business development within the staffing industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
