As their dedicated bookkeeper youll be instrumental in modernizing their accounting operations and establishing best practices on the new QuickBooks Online platform. Youll work directly with company leadership to streamline financial processes provide valuable insights that drive business decisions and help optimize their financial management systems. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive credit card and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and accurately
- Handle QuickBooks Online data entry maintenance and optimization
- Generate and send invoices while managing billing processes
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
- Help optimize financial management processes and reporting systems
- Support the exciting transition from legacy ERP system to modern QuickBooks Online platform
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial operations
Requirements
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong foundation in accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices
Proven experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis techniques
Experience with invoicing and billing processes
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
Ability to communicate effectively and provide financial insights to leadership
