Sales Development Representative
Remote Full-Time PHP 26000 to PHP 30000 per month Uncapped Commission
The Role

As a Sales Development Representative you ll be at the forefront of generating new opportunities by reaching out to business owners qualifying their needs and booking meetings for our Business Development Managers to close. This is an entry-level role with clear earning potential through a generous commission structure ongoing training and strong career growth prospects.
About the Client
Our client is a rapidly growing professional services broker based in Australia. They specialize in connecting businesses with high-performing accounting firms that best match their needs saving clients the time and hassle of searching themselves. (Client name withheld for confidentiality.)
What You ll Do
- Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized business owners.
- Introduce the client s broker-style service model and value proposition.
- Qualify prospects by identifying their pain points and matching them with the right services.
- Book high-quality meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Update and maintain CRM records (e.g. HubSpot).
- Work closely with the sales team to improve pitch and conversion strategies.
- Achieve daily and weekly KPIs for calls and meetings booked.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of telesales outbound sales or appointment setting experience (B2B preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven proactive and persistent with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
- Bonus: Experience in accounting finance or professional services (training provided).
